SCHOOL UNIFORM

Our institution prescribes to a school uniform. The tradition of wearing uniforms contributes to a strong sense of community. Besides, this practice has an added benefit of having neat & well-groomed children. It is an established fact that uniforms help improve the school ambience, they decrease distractions in the classroom and increase eagerness. However, children are allowed the discretion to come in any attire on Wednesdays and on other special occasions (celebrations & birthdays). A sample of the school uniform can be collected from the Principal. Parents are encouraged to get the uniform prepared from any vendor of their choice. Our organisation is not in the business of making a profit on the sale of school uniforms.


SCHOOL CURRICULUM

Our institution prescribes to a set of books & stationeries for usage inside the school. This is set is prepared after a thorough research and is frozen for the entire academic year. The complete list of books & stationeries can be collected from the Principal. Parents are encouraged to purchase the same from any vendor of their choice. Our organisation is not in the business of making a profit on the sale of books & stationeries.


SCHOOL TRANSPORT

Our institution has organised a transportion fleet in form of four Maruti Omni vehicles. Each Vehicle is under Supervision of a School Teacher/Didi who accompanies the children upto the last venue. Transportation is not mandatory. The Transportation Fees is charged separately and is dependent on the distance of pickup from the school premises.



ASSOCIATION EXPENSES

  • Our institution is not aided by any government or non-government organization. Hence, its operation & upkeep depends entirely upon the remuneration of services.

  • We charge a one-time Processing/Admission Charges, towards organization of preparations our wards. This is payable (compulsorily) at the time of Admissions only.

  • We further charge a yearly Infrastructure/Annual Fees. This is payable at the commencement of the Academic Session in April.

  • We prefer payments through Net banking, a/c Payee Cheques/Demand Drafts in favour of Pragya's Gurukul. Otherwise, Cash Receipts can obtained from Office of the Principal.

  • We encourage advance collections for monthly fees in for four quarterly installments. (April – June; July-September; October-December; January-March).

  • Monthly Fees is payable in Advance up to the 10th of the first months in each Quarter.

  • A Late Fine amounting to 50/- shall be levied on deposition of monthly fees between 11th – 20th of the concerned month.

  • An increased Late Fine of 100/- is imposed on deposition between the 21st – 30th of the concerned month.

  • On further default thereof, the child will have apply for re – admission (depending upon availability of seats and discretion of the administration).

  • The Admission & Annual Fees are not refundable.

WITHDRAWAL

We encourage an advance notice of one month (in writing). This aids us in screening candidates from the Waiting List. Besides, it has the added financial benefits of paying the Fees only upto end of the concerned month under the Notice Period
